Daily Duties
Attendants will be checking residence in and verifying ownership. Duties are just making sure everyone is following the rules. Attendants will be provided with a list of all homeowners so that they can be confirmed residents.
Rules :
-NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN Risk
-No one under the age of 14 years may utilize the Sunpointe Condominiums pools and/or spa without a person eighteen (18) years of age or older in attendance and supervising. This person must be in the pool area.
-No diapers are allowed in the pools except for diapers which are specifically manufactured for swimming.
-Wear appropriate swimming apparel (no street clothes, t-shirts, cut-off jeans, etc.). Street clothes retain laundry detergent that will cloud the water and may damage filters. Debris from cut-off jeans will harm the pump. Inappropriate clothing is not permitted in the pools or spa.
-No running, pushing, shoving, throwing objects, foul language, intoxication, or disruptive conduct. Such activities can lead to suspension of pool privileges.
-Suntan oils and lotions are to be showered off prior to entering the pool.
-Diving is not permitted in the pool areas. No flotation devices or air mattresses are permitted. Training tools and water wings are permitted.
-No pets allowed in the pool and spa areas.
-No glass containers of any kind, or any alcoholic beverages are allowed in the pools and/or spa areas at any time. No cooking, barbecuing or food in the pool or spa areas except HOA sponsored activities.
Smoking is not permitted in the pool/spa area.
-Pool and spa gates are to remain locked at all times. Please close the gate securely after entering or exiting.
-No radios or other musical instruments that can be heard by anyone else. Only audio equipment with headphones is permitted in the pool and spa areas.
-Restrain long hair in a barrette, rubber band, or swim cap (to avoid having a problem with hair clogging the pump).
-No person with open sores or wounds may use the pools or spa.
-All trash created by residents or their guest shall be thrown away in the trash can before leaving the pool or spa areas.
Upon request by security or management, the resident must show his or her common area key. No guests in the pool area. Only residents on the House Profile and on lease agreement at this time. Residents without the common area key will be asked to leave the pool area and violation of this rule may result in suspension of Common Area privileges including but not limited to the use of the pool.
Please report any misconduct or vandalism to Management at (209) 952-7783 as quickly as possible. Please include a description as well as a name and building unit/number, if possible."
