Strains and sprains: R.I.C.E is what you need to do!
When you get a strain or a sprain you should member the acronym R.I.C.E. it stands for rest, immobilize, cold, elevate. This is what you should do for all muscular skeletal injuries. This is a quick first aid video to help anyone that is taking the Red Cross courses. If you are trying to become a lifeguard or a swim teacher / swim instructor you need to know this.
