What You Need For Swim Lessons
Woman Swimming in Pool

Upon arrival, your swim instructor will bring all of the necessary equipment needed to aid in your adult swim lesson. There are some things that you should have ready before your first swim lesson: goggles, a workout bathing suit, and water.

Remember: as an adult jumping into swim lessons it is up to you whether or not you want to do anything. Unlike a child who is malleable to change, it is up to you to listen to your swim instructor and to trust their ability to always be there for you if you need assistance in the pool. Trust between you and the swim instructor is the most important thing. Our instructors know how to teach and how to be in control in emergency situations, but the learning is up to you!
