Main job is to ask for each person that enters address and name. You will look in the binder at how many people live in that household. Make sure to write their names down on the sheet, then you can allow them in.

1. Enforcing rules/ Including homeowners on number of guests allowed, these rules are found in the binder. You must read them in full the first day of working.
2. Making sure pool gate is closed. It is self-closing, but owners will sometimes try to prop open.
3. Making sure pool swim instructors have filled out paperwork and provided a copy of their insurance. Anyone that can teach is in the binder. If they are not in the binder, send them away and have them email Gregg for paperwork.
4. Making sure chairs and table are straightened up. Opening/closing umbrellas when weather permits, if windy, close them all right away.
5. Bathroom checks once every hour.
6. Handing out bandages/first aid supplies if needed. First aid kit is also in the box
7. Fill out incident reports when needed, incident reports are in the binder.
8. Make sure lanes are cleared from children when lap swimmer would like to swim.
9. If someone poops in the pool, you have to close the pool immediately and lock the pool gate with the chain lock that is in the box. Tell Gregg that there has been a code brown immediately. Put the sign up on the gate and leave.

Phone can only be used when no one is in the pool. Absolutely no talking or music on the phone while on the clock or in the pool area. You MUST NOT use the facilities at all including spa, pool, or gym use. You can bring a book to read.

If someone is too rowdy or not listening to you, call the security number on the sign and in the binder to let them know ASAP.

Be friendly, say hi to everyone, ask how they are doing, say goodbye on the way out!
