Lifeguard Save - Active from the rear

This is an active from the rear lifeguard save. This is when the victim is facing away from the lifeguard. The lifeguard activates their EAP by blowing their whistle, doing the appropriate entry, along with the appropriate approach stroke, double armpits the victim from behind, taking them to the nearest wall. Once they grab the victim, the lifeguard then announces that they are a lifeguard and they're here to help. For more information please go to www.cookseyswim.com. And don't forget save those kids!
